We are currently in the process of updating our website due for launch January 2009.

WCVS is a registered charity whose aims are to promote a strong, influential and thriving voluntary and community sector. We are one of 330 Councils for Voluntary Service nationally affiliated to the National Association of Voluntary and Community Action (NAVCA).

WCVS is also a membership organisation and believes that we are all stronger by working together . We welcome new members and their involvement in our organisation. Visit our Membership section to download a membership application form.

Our Services include:

Worthing Volunteer Centre, which promotes volunteering in a wide range of voluntary sector organisations and helps to recruit volunteers

Neighbourhood Care Alliance which is helping older peope’s groups to work more closely together to provide 'joined-up' services which enhance independence

Voluntary Sector Forum to bring groups together in dialogue to share expertise and to respond to local issues and plans

Dial a Ride and Community Transport Brokerage for travel around the borough for people with restricted mobility

Development and capacity building support to voluntary and community groups through the West Sussex CVS’s EESI Project.
