Funding to develop ICT solutions for older people

This is the fifth round of a European scheme that will fund the development of ICT-based solutions which help older people to continue managing their daily activities in their home. It will also fund ICT-based solutions which support informal carers of older people.

The Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme will be launched at the end of February 2012.

There will be an information event on 13 March 2012 in Brussels which all potential applicants are advised to attend. Those wishing to go should register their interest by sending an e-mail to Jacqueline Teller before 24 February 2012.
