We can help; it's what we are here for! 

You can come and chat to us informally or we can come to see you where you are and we can help you whether you are starting out with a new group, developing an exisitng group, just want to make contact with the voluntary sector or if you want to volunteer some time . And you can help too; if you find an answer that you think could help others do let us know so that we can include the (anonymised) information. We are as they say, stronger together!
